Lets hope the new Minister for Health will now explain in a transparent way - why the Symphisiotomy Payment Scheme's stated terms (ie that every reasonable effort would be made to return *all* documents submitted by applicants) is not being adhered to by Judge Harding Clark? Why were applicants instead asked in a haphazard way if they would like their documents shredded instead, at a late stage in the Scheme?
