The residents of Tanglin Park would like to raise awareness to the Tanglin Park Governing Body of two requests that are still unresolved, despite numerous follow ups and requests to the Tanglin Park manager. 

Installation of a Side Gate Entrance

• Despite this request already being approved in April 2017, the side gate entrance has yet to be installed.

Key reasons behind this request:

• To seek improved access to Tanglin Road, and the Busstops
• Provide a safe alternate pedestrian-only entrance into the Condo (particularly given the high volume of traffic through the main gate)
• Gate access will also mean people will no longer jump the wall on Tanglin Road side, which is a common occurrence

Maintenance and upkeep of the Children's Playground

• Despite regular requests since July 2017, the Children's Playground is yet to be maintained. 

Key reasons behind this request:

• Health & Safety issues related to broken equipment ie. broken unusable swing, uneven and dangerous floor pads,
• Regular maintenance, and upkeep of the playground facilities - including regular cleaning
