The Rays teased the Tampa Bay area with the DJ Kitty mascot at the Tampa Bay Rays Fanfest but they have kept it hidden from the public since. The DJ Kitty mascot represents the area and brings great pride and joy to all the citizens of the great cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa. This petition will be to help pressure the Rays organization in doing what is right for the people of the Tampa Bay area and freeing the DJ Kitty Mascot from their dungeons and allowing it to bring happiness to the people. We must continue our efforts though to let the DJ Kitty be free and no longer be held in captivity by the big corporation known as Major League Baseball. I have reason to believe that Mr. Allan H. "Bud" Selig is holding back the DJ Kitty because he is afraid of the power that it will give the Tampa Bay Rays, their fans, and the Tampa Bay community.
