Tamil Nadu TASMAC to Sell Books & Stationary instead of Liquor

Tamil Nadu TASMAC to Sell Books & Stationary instead of Liquor
The Issue
Due to the Covid lockdown, drinkers in my native village (Senji Panambakkam, Thiruvallur Dist) not had liquor, because of that in their family and neighborhood no quarrels and disputes. I have seen this, in my village all women and kids are against opening TASMAC (shop which sells liquor in Tamil Nadu, managed by Tamil Nadu Govt). This is the same mindset of most people in Tamilnadu. As all know, liquor drinking is injurious to health, its the best time to stop selling liquor.
Instead of closing the shops, TASMAC (Tamilnadu State Marketing Cooperation Ltd) can sell Books and Stationary. Government can sell school books, college books, all books (based on the need from the store), also they can sell notebooks, stationary items in discounted price.
Also current Bar can be modified as 'Coffee Shop' where public can come, read reference books, magazines and also drink coffee, tea and other beverages (not liquor) and also eat snacks, other organic foods, etc..
