We would like Take-Two Interactive to allow the continued development and use of the OpenIV software.

There are many players who don't enjoy or don't want to play GTA V online and would rather play or modify the single player side of the game with no restrictions unless it really does infringe on copyright.

There is such a huge variety of amazing mods and the people who work hard and put so much time and effort into creating those mods, more often than not for free,  should be able to continue creating those mods without the threat of receiving a cease and desist.

If you want single players to spend money then create some DLCs that we can buy because I know people would be happy to do that.
