Overfishing at the Bonneville Dam has rendered the Chanook salmon endangered. Instead of calling a halt to the excessive fishing, they have decided to eliminate the competition (California sea lions) despite the fact that the sea lions only consume 1% of the fish.

Take the pledge to never eat salmon again.

Know that I will never eat salmon again!

Overfishing at the Bonneville Dam has rendered the Chanook salmon endangered. Instead of calling a halt to the excessive fishing, they have decided to eliminate the competition (California sea lions) despite the fact that the sea lions only consume 1% of the fish.

On behalf of the Federally protected sea lions, I will never eat salmon again. May I suggest that you end this madness before others make the same pledge.

Sincerely,
