With the recent filing by Dept Fair Employment & Housing, State of California suing Activsion Blizzard with frat boy culture, their continued harassment of women, cube crawls, non promotion of women into higher position in company, denial of wrong doings, we the below signed feel that Acti-Blizz CEO Bobby Kotick and J. Allen Brack, President of Blizzard need to be removed from power.

Thousands of current past and current employees have gone on record to state that these issues are on going for years, and still the state of the company today. The treatment of women solely as 'sex objects', with unwanted attention, comments, touching, asking/demanding sexual favors. What led to one women committing suicide due to the stress and pervasive culture. Including former employee Alex Afrasiabi being so well know and disgusting in his behavior, having at the annually Blizzcon convention the 'Cosby Suite' to drag, force, cajole, or harass women into his bed.

J Allen Brack and Bobby Kotick knew of all this and did nothing but let it continue. In the case of J Allen Brack and the aforementioned Mr. Afrasiabi only giving him 'slaps on the wrists' and letting him continue. They must be removed, not be given any golden handshake or parachute and must not be rehired in company or as outside consultant. They must receive no bonuses or extra benefits. This is punishment, not a reward. They are being terminated for cause. Not leaving to explore new opportunities outside or spend more time with their families.

These incidents and actions of harassment must be put to a stop. And must not be allowed to happen again.
