The Hebron, KY Taco Bell has been unable to service customer for over 5 years. In the past two years, Taco Bell closed the location and replaced all of the staff. Since that transition, service had gotten a bit better but they location was unable to be kept open during normal hours, especially the dine in area.

This location of Taco Bell continues to have significant issues in providing customers their orders. I was recently at the Taco Bell and was unable to get my order correctly filled. Several customers were having issues and one got a refund because of the profound delay in getting their orders fulfilled. The location had four employees, with only two active at any one time. They seemed to be rotating breaks instead of serving customers.

Due to the consistent inability of this location to provide the services advertised, I think it is time for the Taco Bell to close the Hebron, KY location. The Hebron community does not deserve to be treated to such poor quality of service. And since Taco Bell seems incapable of providing their advertised service at this location, it is time for them to close.
