T-Mobile, Stop reporting false data usage!

Even though T-Mobile announced that they no longer charging for overages, data usage still matters. T-Mobile, in some cases, has been reporting false data usage, thus adding up and slowing down data speeds.
If you didn't know- unless you pay T-Mobile $30 a month for data (or $80 if you're an individual), you don't have unlimited 4G data! T-Mobile provides the following data plans:
1GB of 4G & 3G, Unlimited 2G: Included
3GB of 4G & 3G, Unlimited 2G: $10 more monthly
Unlimited 4G, 3G, & 2G: $30 more monthly
I noticed when I logged into the "myT-Mobile" website, more data than I was using was being reported. I used about 630MBs, but myT-Mobile reported 750MBs. I am on the 1GB of 4G data plan. That's not bad though, right? T-Mobile doesn't charge for data overages! Yes, but that means I am even closer to losing my 4G data for the month!
T-Mobile's 4G speeds are upwards of 25mbps. Whereas their 2G speeds are below .17mbps. That's a HUGE difference. With my 2G I cannot view pictures on Instagram or watch any online video. I believe T-Mobile is incorrectly reporting my data usage, and possibly others, so we will be forced to upgrade our data plans!

I took my investgation a step further and activated a new T-Mobile number: It was nothing but a SIM card. I activated the SIM card on 7/5. I put it into a smartphone on 7/7 at approx. 6:18 P.M. But the myT-Mobile service was already reporting data usage well before then!
