T-mobile recently started charging a re-connect fee of $20.00 per line if they disconnect your services for late payment. There fees have continued to increase, but their service continues to be the same. It is an unfair fee that should not be allowed since other mobile service agencies will start to follow suite. We should not have to pay money for any services that are not included in our service contracts.
