We request that the Covid-19 vaccine mandate for all employees be REMOVED!!! No one should be forced to take a shot that they do not want or lose their employment. T-Mobile and its Executives should not have any say over a medical decision that does not stop or prevent the spread of Covid-19. Everyone should have the right to choose what is put into their body, while knowing that they will still have employment to support themselves and their families. Even if you are vaccinated, please stand with those who are not as we are one big family and we need our coworkers to stay employed for their sake, our own sake and our customers sake. If this mandate holds, T-Mobile will lose a lot of great workers and that will place a strain on the remaining employees even if new people are hired. Also, this is truly wrong to force someone to choose between a medical choice and their job.

RETAIL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE IN CONTACT WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE EVERY SHIFT THEY WORK ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED, BUT THOSE WHO WORK IN A CALL CENTER OR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SITE DO NEED TO BE VACCINATED. MOST OF THOSE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN WORKING FROM HOME THE PAST 2 YEARS AND COULD CONTINUE,  BUT NOW T-MOBILE WANTS TO FORCE EMPLOYEES  BACK TOGETHER WHERE COVID CAN STILL BE SPREAD BY PEOPLE THAT ARE VACCINATED. IT MAKES ZERO SENSE!
