Oneplus has oxygen os which is very smooth and stable experience of android with necessary features on top of stock android. But as a oneplus user i want them to add always on display there are few excuses but if other smartphone oems like Samsung and even Mi can give AOD with so much customisations, oneplus can also provide given how big and reputable oem they are they don't lack resources. I request Oneplus Software Head  Szymon Kopec and oneplus developers to please consider this and implement as soon as possible.
