Systemic Abuse in the UK: Five Years of Silence, Threats, and Judicial Injustice

Even Kensington Palace has responded. Why are the courts still silent?

For more than five years, I have been the target of a joint investigation by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Greater Manchester Police (GMP). What began as an inquiry has turned into relentless harassment, verbal and physical abuse, and psychological trauma, all carried out or ignored by institutions that are meant to protect citizens.

Despite submitting complaints, legal challenges, and professional medical evidence confirming the harm I’ve suffered, I have faced a complete failure of justice. My reports of abuse have been ignored, my evidence dismissed, and my rights violated — all in plain sight.

The Turning Point: A Threat in Broad Daylight

In the middle of Manchester City Centre, an undercover police officer physically assaulted me and said:

“Next time, I will smash your face.”

When I reported this crime to GMP, they refused to investigate and told me to contact the DWP. When I contacted the DWP, they said it was a police matter.

The result? Each agency passed responsibility to the other, ensuring that no one would be held accountable.

Medical Evidence Ignored. Protection Denied.

I submitted psychiatric reports diagnosing PTSD, panic attacks, and ongoing trauma caused by this abuse. I requested an Interim Injunction from the courts to protect me from further harm.

The courts refused. They dismissed my claims without proper review. Even the High Court sided with government bodies without examining my evidence fairly.

This Is Bigger Than Me.

If a police officer can assault a civilian in public and no one is held accountable…

If courts can ignore psychiatric evidence and procedural abuse…

If a case can be delayed for over five years with no justice…

Then what protection is left for any citizen in the UK?

What Makes This Even More Shocking?

Even Kensington Palace responded to my case. The courts did not.

I recently received a formal reply from Kensington Palace, the office of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, acknowledging the seriousness of my case. While the Royal Household cannot intervene in legal matters, their response shows just how severe and alarming this injustice truly is.

So why are the UK courts — the very institutions tasked with upholding justice — still silent?

What Has Happened in My Case:

• Five public assaults by officers connected to the DWP investigation

• Verbal threats of violence in public, including “I’ll smash your face”

• GMP refused to investigate, and DWP denied responsibility

• PTSD diagnosis supported by medical experts completely disregarded

• High Court dismissed my case without reviewing evidence

• IPT issued contradictory rulings, failed to respond properly

• Upper Tribunal altered records, invented names, and falsified timelines

• Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) refused to investigate judges

• Evidence manipulation and misconduct went unpunished

• All this, while the Royal Household acknowledged my experience

We Demand:

✔️ Full and transparent responses from the IPT and Upper Tribunal

✔️ An Interim Injunction to protect me from further state-led abuse

✔️ An independent investigation into the misconduct of GMP and DWP

✔️ A judicial review of the High Court’s decision, which ignored my evidence

✔️ Accountability for judges who engaged in procedural misconduct

✔️ An end to the corrupt practice of “complaint passing” to escape responsibility

Justice should not be a privilege — it must be a right for everyone.

This is no longer just a personal struggle. This is a crisis in the UK justice system.

Let’s demand action. Let’s restore accountability. Let’s speak out — together.

Tactics of Psychological Pressure and Isolation

Over the past five years, I have not only faced direct abuse but also ongoing psychological pressure and manipulation. Authorities, including the DWP, GMP, and others, have used subtle but deliberate tactics to isolate me, undermine my mental health, and delay justice.

Instead of investigating my complaints, they created a circular system of deflection: Greater Manchester Police referred me to the DWP, the DWP referred me back to the police, and the Independent Office for Police Conduct passed my complaint to GMP’s Professional Standards Directorate—who then redirected it to British Transport Police. After a year of silence, I was told the complaint was closed. No one accepted responsibility. This was not due to confusion—it was a calculated effort to frustrate, exhaust, and silence me.

I also strongly believe I am under ongoing surveillance, including monitoring of my messages, calls, and even my notes. This constant intrusion has made it difficult to trust anyone, maintain social contact, or feel safe in public.

This is not how justice is supposed to work. No one should have to fight this hard—against this many institutions—just to be heard. These are tactics of silence, isolation, and control. But I refuse to be silent.

Please stand with me and demand justice.

Your support sends a message to those in power: that silence, manipulation, and abuse will not go unnoticed. Together, we can shine a light on the truth and hold institutions accountable.
