I implore all Sydney football fans to be there in green and gold (and bring green and gold streamers whilst you’re at it too).

Australia have just qualified for the Round of 16 in the FIFA World Cup.

This is easily the biggest achievement in Australian football.

Melbourne has Federation Square to unite football fans whilst Sydney isn’t utilising the greatest harbour in the world.

Our city needs a public live venue.

Why not get the game on a big screen at the Opera House forecourt and light up the sails in green and gold.

If not the Opera House, Darling Harbour at a bare minimum.

The Australian football team is the only team that unites our entire country.

This needs to be done.
