Throughout South Wales and the rest of the UK, Motorcycle thieves have got the upper hand. They know, that the police WILL NOT give chase or even try to stop them! These criminals flaunt their crime right in front of the law. In fact, they even pass the police with their fingers raised, knowing they will not intervien and the police have to just watch these crimes taking place and are unable to do anything about it.

The impact on those who have been personally effected, is just enormous. 

Just a few statements from people effected by these criminals:

“My only form of transport for work purposes, its the transport that generates the sole income for the family. 
As well as the only transport to and from work, its the only transport to get regular vital medication for our disabled and unwell children”.

“My only form of transport for work purposes, no bus services any run any longer to and from the valleys areas after certain times. My job is no longer feasible to carry on, i now have to find a new job.”

”My Motorcycle is stolen, the insurance will not payout. Because i stopped outside a shop and i did not physically put a chain around my wheel. My worst problem, i still owe £5000.00 on finance.”

“The Mental impact is just overwhelming, I cannot sleep! I have been out every night after work looking for my motorbike, i have seen it being ridden around and i cannot do anything about it. My excess alone is worth more than my bike because of my age, I’m absolutely devastated.”

These are true examples of the impacts on peoples lives, because of the selfish, egotistic, reprehensible criminals. Many of these Crimes are being done by young teenagers and they post their callous achievements on social media laughing and destroying someone's property. 

Yet there is even further impacts on hard working law abiding citizens. To Fuel their crimes, these thieves drive to petrol stations on motorcycles that have already been stolen, they fill the motorbikes with petrol and ride away without paying for the fuel. The local economy takes the impact also..

If the laws do not change, these criminals will just carry on stealing without any consequences. 

They will continue to laugh at the law and those trying to enforce the laws.

Lives will continue to be impacted by these crimes.

Communities will continue to suffer, lives will be taken at some point.

THE LAWS HAVE TO CHANGE!

THE USE OF TACTICAL CONTACT SHOULD BE ALLOWED, NEVER MIND THAT THE CRIMINAL MIGHT GET HURT IF APPREHENDED. 

DO THE CRIME, THEN THEY NEED TO DO THE TIME! 

IF THEY DO GET HURT WHILST BEING CHASED AND APREHENDED, THEN ITS CONSEQUENCES OF THE CRIME.

 We appeal to the chief commissioner, We Appeal to Local Councils, we appeal to the Welsh Government, we appeal to Central Government to change these laws. 

We also appeal to the Insurance Companies, help those being effected and stop compounding the Injustice. 

Use common sense, not the Policies - Stop the immoral compulsory extortion.

The last thing we want to see, is people take the law into their own hands and then they would be labelled as criminals.
