Hunting stray cats is completely legal in Switzerland; a ban against this cruel and heinous practice was voted down on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, citing that sterilizing stray cats would be too "costly'. We, in the outside world, are stunned to learn that Switzerland engages in such barbarism since we assumed you were a modern country.  Know that as long as a ban against hunting domestic cats is not in place, animal lovers everywhere will not spend tourist dollars in your country.
