Florida, Please Swim Caeleb Dressel Leadoff on 800 FR at NCAAs for HISTORY and the Fans!

Caeleb Dressel is the best male swimmer in the NCAA, and one of the best (if not THE best) in NCAA history. He now holds NCAA/American records in five events in free, breast, fly and IM. But he's never gotten to swim a fully rested 200 free. His last chance to do it as an NCAA swimmer is on March 28, 2018 -- if he's the leadoff leg of the U. of Florida's 800 free relay. The swimming world wants to see a 1:29!
Florida is very deep in the 200 free and Dressel is dominant in the sprints, so it's likely best for team points to put him on the four shorter relays. However, swim fans everywhere would LOVE to see him swim the 200 free. Although team points are important, UF is likely locked in for 3rd place because catching Texas and Cal will be difficult. It's also unlikely Florida can win any of the shorter relays, even with Dressel swimming. But if Dressel leads off the 800 FR, we could see the first sub-1:30 indv. swim in history, and the relay would likely win and set an absurd NCAA record of 6:04 or better. For history -- and for the love of swim fans everywhere -- Coach Troy needs make this happen!
