This has been badly handled from the beginning. Let us show the Swedish government, that protecting a vast source of fresh water like this, is not (contrary to how it's been addressed) a regional issiue. It concerns entire Europe! 

20 miljon Europeans have issiues accessing healthy fresh water allready. To allow  lake Vättern to be shooting range for JAS 39 gripen, mining, gas and fracking activities in connection to this water, is shameful. Lake Vättern provides fresh water to a quarter of a million people at the moment, and a lot more are aspiering to connect! As global warming changes the enviorment, every source of water will be crucial for the prosperity of Europe. Lake Vättern is also a home to protected species of plants and animals, but this is being put aside in the interest of those dirty industries.

Let's show the people in charge in Sweden, that this is not a regional, nor National matter. How they care for fresh water, concern all of us. 

It is time to put the protection of the quality of freshwater and biodiversity, above corporate interest. Stop the exploitation of Lake Vättern NOW.
