Our students are scared for their safety in our schools. There is vaping in the bathroom. People bringing power tools to school to steal education equipment. Constant sexual harassment and molestation. Inappropriate acts in the hallway and so forth. Administration knows what is going and has been well informed of what is happening in their- our school and, continue to not take initiative to make a change in our school. Instead, the students of our school are forced to start a petition and schedule meetings with school boards to make the change! Unfortunately, this is not only a school wide problem instead it has spread to our entire SWCSD schools. Not only is this in the high schools but instead they branch into our middle and even elementary schools. This is not a mean look, this is us- the students fearing for our safety and our education being  interrupted. Please, sign the petition. Help us make the meeting with the school board. We need to take our education back and make school enjoyable and most importantly a safe haven for those who don’t have one at home. Sign for your children, siblings, friends, family. Most importantly, your future!
