I, Swayne, have witnessed the erosion of trust in our Trial Management due to recent turns of events. Deeply rooted in our community, I am pained by the apparent lack of reliability, dedication, and true leadership we have recently seen. This experience has taught me that we need individuals in these roles who are evidently committed to the best interests of our community.

This is not a casual observation nor an unfounded demand for change. As someone who understands the role, its expectations, and the commitment it demands, I am suggesting that we need to rethink the individuals we entrust with Trial Management. It's disconcerting to witness those incapable of holding responsibility continue in their roles potentially jeopardizing community trust. I believe in the spirit of our community and assert the need for its protectors to be credible, reliable, and wholeheartedly devoted.
