As Suzuki swift owners and loyal customers, we would like a formal reply about the well know problem of ABS pump to Swift models 2005-2010 (RS413). This is a serious problem leaving the car without brakes and without any prior symptoms. This has caused owners to get involved in car accidents resulting to car damage and perhaps injuries. Even though this is a very important safety failure Suzuki has not yet announced an action plan nor a recall. There is only an unofficial directive from local dealers in Greece to replace the ABS unit with no further information whether this new replacement unit will solve once and for all the problem. This ABS failure was initially reported back in 2013 and still 5 years after there is no formal reply. We are trying to raise awareness on this issue and request an official reply from Suzuki.
