My pet Loki was involved in a dog v dog tragedy,

it has been to court and loki has been punished! The court mandates that Loki must wear a muzzle outside, and never off leash! To which we complied!

However my housing association (SHP)have a clause in their tenancy that states “ if your pet hurts or maims another animal we can deny permission for your pet to reside at the property”

No reading of the reasons or even contacting the police to get the full story! I didn’t even get the chance to plead my case.  I was told it is at my housing associations discretion and there are no appeals! My pet has been Separated from our family for three months whilst I’m trying to fight the council!

This is my last hope! That I can some how raise enough notice so the housing  will look at the case again and give loki a chance to show he is not a dangerous dog, he(loki) thought he was protecting me!
