Sustainable Payments Now: Enforce 30-Day Vendor Payment Rule for Billion-Euro Companies!

The Issue

🚨 Demand Fair Payments for SMEs & True Sustainability! 🚨

💡 Large corporations make billions in revenue yet delay vendor payments, forcing small businesses into financial distress. While SMEs are charged 2% or €20 per day for late payments, these giants pay nothing for their delays—this is unsustainable and unfair!

The EU Late Payment Directive 2011/7/EU was established to prevent these abuses, yet big companies continue to manipulate payment cycles to their advantage, avoiding penalties while SMEs suffer. Delaying vendor payments while charging commissions for early payments is nothing short of financial exploitation.

A glaring example is Little Big Connection (littlebigconnection.com) and its associated companies like AMARISLUSA, SOCIEDADE POR QUOTAS LDA, which have a history of delayed payments to AN INFO with documented evidence. Despite consistent failure to pay penalties for delays, these companies continue to be awarded more contracts across the EU, increasing the malpractice against smaller vendors. Meanwhile, LBC charges vendors 2% or €20/day to release payments instantly—essentially using delayed funds from most vendors to fuel their early payment cycles. Is this the sustainability big corporations claim to uphold?

📌 We Demand:
✅ Mandatory 30-day vendor payment rule (40 days max in rare cases).
✅ Automatic 2% penalty per 30-day delay—just as SMEs are charged by intermediaries.
✅ Legal enforcement for billion-euro companies that delay supplier payments.
✅ Transparent reporting on payment cycles to prevent financial abuse.
