My SAFA investigation led to a 44-page Risk Report, supported by over 600 pages of supporting evidence. It also led to my 10 500-signature online petition in May 2023, calling for a Parliamentary enquiry into the conduct of certain SAFA officials at that enquiry.

I have been subjected to a reciprocal R5million “defamation” SLAPP lawsuit.

I have laid a counter claim of R500 000, for comments made by Danny Jordaan published in the press. It has been almost 6 months since I served SAFA with a Section 35 (3) discovery notice, with no response. For good reason I suspect. We are on the cusp of serving them with a motion to compel. Our notice of intent to compel was sent to SAFA approximately two weeks ago.

In a somewhat Kafkaesque turn of events, the Hawks have investigated Danny Jordaan, the President of SAFA. for R1.3 million fraud and theft for hiring a private security company for his personal protection, and a public relations company to defend him against rape claims, without authorisation from the SAFA board,” among other. 

These offences, identified in my 44-page Risk Report, form the basis for what it appears he has now finally been formally charged with.
