Suspend the officers without pay for abusing their weapons

Suspend the officers without pay for abusing their weapons
The Issue
Police need to learn that they cant get away with abusing their fire arms. The police have access to tranquilizer guns and they should of used them instead.
I have been asked to clarify what my issue is with the shooting
My issue isn't the fact they shot at the bear its the fact they shot the bear more than once if you study the clip you can see that the bear ran away from them not at them after being shot. A warning shot into the air would of been sufficient enough. I believe strongly that the officers used excessive force and that the bear did not have to be shot to death. I am illiterate and cannot form proper sentence structure so if you need further clarification please reach out. I do not respond to message with profanity.
I hope that this petition will fix the following issues
No more wildlife is killed (unless there is absolute immediate danger to the public and in this case again study the clip it was only in a tree and had not harmed anyone in the three days it had hung out in that neighbor hood)
The Government Of Ontario will restore funding that was slashed from MNR in the 1990's which has resulted in closed provincial parks and a very clearly understaffed wild life enforcement task force (correct if the name is wrong please)
If YRP dosen't in fact have a dart gun (several sources have told me they do) that all police forces not just YRP will be forced by law to have them on hand and that ETF officers will be trained to use them properly.
A full internal review is conducted and that if the York Regional Police do not wish to suspend the officers with pay (as unions can be a terrible thing to deal with) that the officer or officers involved in the shooting issue a public appoligee and be forced to do community service at a MNR owned park such as litter pick up ECT.
I hope this clears things up!
