The inefficiencies of the Philippine  government has never been more pronounced than the costly white elephant Legislative. Wasting a large budget for numerous bills never resulted to better government performance but very poor implementation due to lack of resources, mainly learned and disciplined implementers & citizenry. It is therefore logical to suspend the legislative branch & its funds then channel it to train learners to become knowledgeable, skilled, & productive, and improve the knowledge of their educators as well as increase to a justified level the benefits of educators to effectively serve the needs and interests of the Filipino people. QUALITY Education is MUCH MORE NEEDED & important now, more than a pompous oligarch feeding from the daily taxes of the masses. And these useless spending should STOP NOW.

In addition, corruption has been rampant within all level of governance, including the legislative branch, with many lawmakers using their positions to advance their personal interests.
