Hi All! I love sushi & eat sushi weekly :)

However, when I use the 4ml soy sauce plastic fish bottles located in my sushi packet, I can’t help but think of the small animals who may digest the small red lids and bottles in landfill. 

If we banned ALL small soy sauce bottles, I am sure that is a small step in reducing landfill and harm to our animals. If customers just use the soy sauce available over the counter or businesses adopt for a small soy sauce sachet instead of this hard plastic, this would be better for the environment and also Australians doing their small part for the environment!

There is no denying sushi has become increasingly popular in Australia but I feel it’s time to do our part! Approximately, 51% enjoy sushi! If you think how many small fish bottles have ended up in landfill or digested by animals that is terrible! 4ml is such a small amount of soy sauce yet the damage to our animals is huge!

I am an Australian who loves sushi but concerned a small product like this, can harm our animals and really what is 4ml when there are other alternatives such as small sachets then a plastic bottle which only holds 4mls.
