This crazy psycho referred to as Mr. S, purposely ran over a flock of sheep in Morocco, threatening the boy watching the sheep saying he would kill him. He is a French National living in the country. And while he was taken into custody, he was released - and definitely needs to be charged with animal cruelty.

We started a petition asking the local government to file animal cruelty charges against him. Last year it was reported that he was seen doing the same thing to a number of dogs, running the pups over with his vehicle.

Because nothing was done, he has committed further acts. Purposely driving his car over a number of sheep, injuring a few dozen while killing others.
