The people of the United States hereby petition the Supreme Court to stop the realistic exercize known as Operation Jade Helm 15.

We ask for a formal declaration from the Supreme Court to uphold the rule of law to provide protection from the legislative branch and executive branch  have shown a defiance characterized by executive orders and decisions contrary and inconsistent with American Law.

The representation does not reflect the interests of the people but to corporate Oligarchs and special interests often funded by billionaire global elites whose ideology is threat to national security. The negligence and omission has too often supported a shadow entity in demanding control.

The operation promotes violence, mistrust and civil disobedience by unwarranted use of military against American citizens and patriots that we hold dear who will give their lives because of the compromise outlined by intrusive and invasive exercises.

We ask that the people's voice of appeal be heard to restrain further harassment with the full strength of the Supreme Court.
