I want Hartal-free Kerala

I want Hartal-free Kerala
The Issue
Problem
Hartals are called by various political parties and associations as per their interests. It affects the state's overall productivity. Though the people are not interested to participate, they are being forced to stay back from work. They even threaten, attack (physical) and abuse people who want not to participate in the hartal.
Solution
Either the supreme court, Chief Minister of Kerala or Prime Minister should take action that should ban hartal completely. Those who attack, threaten and force people to support hartal should be charged so that they would never be out in the streets for hartal.
Personal story
Today (17/11/18), BJP called hartal against arresting Mrs Sasikala. As I am a private sector employee, hartal is not a paid leave for me. I wasn't in favour of the cause of the protest either. I have somehow managed to reach office and we were only 5 people there. It was around 12.45, some people came inside our office and started shouting. They started threatening us that if we didn't stop our work and shut down the office, they will show their power. We couldn't resist at all. We had to shut down office. We lost one day, when we had to complete many pending works and projects. And, we lost one day salary too because of their unnecessary hartal over a mere political issue. This shouldn't be encouraged any more. People, you have to take your stand. Be it anyone, we do not want hartals at all.
