New projects will start coming up on Aarey land under the name of development. This will give entry to builder lobby & people with vested interests inside the region. This will lead to more of environment damage,loss of green cover in Mumbai, loss of wild habitat. Requesting The Supreme Court to  kindly have a look at the actual status in reality instead of searching for land records, by visiting the region. The complete tour of this region will give a clear picture the exact state of the land. We are trying to save whatever green cover of trees are remaining. Whatever was earlier done during the past was done . Requesting no new contruction be allowed inside this zone. Hence my prayer to Supreme Court of India is to declare Aarey as a protected forest zone & add it to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park & not allow any more trees to be cut under the name of development. The Court hearing has been scheduled for 21 st October 2019. I do not belong to any NGO or any agency but I am just a common citizen of India.  Expert opinions are being ignored. Tribals are getting misplaced. Nobody is thinking about them.

By signing this petition, we are informing the Supreme Court how many people are not in the favor of loss of trees at Aarey . Shift metro shed out of the green zone. We don't want to end up like having the New Delhi condition of pollution. What we breathe in is what the trees exhale & what we exhale is what the trees take in. This is nature's way of maintaining balance. If large amount of trees are cut the balance in nature will be disturbed. So requesting The Supreme Court to act for the benefit of Mumbai city.
