I am a wrongfully convicted Blackman innocent of Murder and constitutionally being violated because of A.E.D.P.A

On 10/27/1994 I was arrested and charged with a murder and in 1996 (12/17/1996) my case #TA0322573 L.A County Superior Court was dismissed and refiled #TA0365565 L.A County Superior Court to where I was then found guilty and convicted by a Jury Trial.

The proof of my wrongful conviction is that my defense witness to my being innocent relied on an "Off duty" Police officer who the trial court judge-Denied me to present his testimony to the jury. This allowed me to be judged by a jury using only the circumstantial hearsay witnesses statement testimonies. 

If given an "Evidentiary" review of my case my claim of innocence and wrongful conviction will be seen TRUTH. In respects to any help that you or anybody concerned could give me.
