A stray dog was brutally cut into pieces by a person, while the baby was still alive. squealing and squirming in agony but unable to escape, in Gwalior, MP.

A case against him for cruelty to an animal has already been established but this does not end here.
According to our laws, such brutal and cruel actions are bailable. The penalty in India for being cruel to animals is merely Rs 50. Strict action needs to be taken against this man. It boils me when I see people committing heinous crimes like these.
As per the section 302 in the Indian penal code, Whoever commits murder shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life and shall also be liable to fine, why is that not the case when similar crimes are committed on non human animals?
This man needs to be held accountable and courts need to take the corrective action against such brutal acts of violence.

We need justice for this baby.
