The above link will let you see that an injured worker in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, or ANYONE mistreated by an employee, HAS ZERO MEANS OF ESCALATING THE WAY THE EMPLOYEES TREATED THEM!  

THIS ORGANIZATION IS JUST FULL OF BULLIES IN MY OPINION!

We have yet to find one who knew the WHSC Act and applied it correctly, who collected ALL necessary, who wanted information they had no right to request, who made up information and recorded it on his file, who provided inaccurate information to us.
