The commission has a policy of 10 business days and five has already passed!

The commission has to approve his supportive medical aid of Physio and Chiropractor for his lifetime based on ACTUAL medical facts NOT on administrative facts of how many sessions and "improved function" because the injury IS A FUNCTIONAL IMPAIRMENT WHICH IS WHY THE PHYSIO AND CHIROPRACTOR ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE THE INJURY CAUSES NO FURTHER INJURY!  

Please ensure that Ann Martin, Sonya Stanford is aware of this email and are in full compliance to get this done IMMEDIATELY!

I have included info@workplacenl.ca.  However, we do not trust them to receive and act on any emails at all.  And as the Minister's administrative office you have to ensure that the commission is receiving and reporting and acting on all communication within the appropriate time frame.  

If they are not then the Minister has to IMMEDIATELY STRIP THEM OF THEIR POSITIONS AND REPLACE BOTH!

If the MINISTER DOES NOT DO THIS, THE PREMIER HAS TO REPLACE THE MINISTER!

THE PREMIER SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO REPLACE THEM WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL NOT BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS AND PROPER ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES!  AS THE HISTORY CLEARLY SHOWS THE GOVERNMENT DOES TO AVOID ACCOUNTABILITY AND PROMOTE COVERUPS!
