I will not be silent until justice is served for my husband in loss of jobs and accountablity for ALL employees at WorkplaceNL going forward!  The cost to employers for this is high due to mistakes, lies, unnecessary internal reviews, poor record keeping, lack of proper use of medical proof, lack of proper medical aid coverage ending in medical negligence, the list goes on!  Newfoundland & Labrador Employers' Council you need to do better for the employers!  The cost of running the commission could be half of what is currently being spent by the commission!  No one has EVER taken the time to dig deep into WHY the commission is the second most expensive in the country!  Well, now I HAVE!  And YOU CAN 100% CHANGE THAT!  The number of people being injured are NOT what is making this program so expensive!  The decisions of the commission is the cause!  My husband could have even decreased his rehab time had the commission not forced him from Fort McMurray back to ruralNL!  Which WOULD HAVE SAVED THE COMMISSION MONEY!  We need your support!  Your employer clients need your advocacy!  And injured workers NEED PROPER COMPENSATION AND MEDICAL AID COVERAGE!  Employers WILL CONTINUE to shoot themselves in the foot if they do not address these issues IMMEDIATELY!  I have proof of all of this!  God speed!
