Please join me in prayer!  Please feel free to share this prayer.  Copy this prayer and paste to your own FB page!  Prayer works!  And workers at WorkplaceNL need this prayer just as much, probably more than our injured workers!  Let us show WorkplaceNL that we will support them when they make better decisions that cause no harm and we will continue to pray for them as much as we pray for the injured workers.  

Dear God, 

My husband needs your help in this ongoing situation with WorkplaceNL.  I pray that you protect Dustin by ensuring WorkplaceNL approves a supportive medical aid program and stops using acute care.  I pray for you to protect our finances by ensuring WorkplaceNL admits their wrongs and then pays the corrected amounts with the legal interest owing.  I pray for you to protect his compensation payments, once approved, from EVER being messed with again!  I pray for WorkplaceNL to never again use their power to an extent that will result in the suffering their decisions have caused my family or other injured workers.  I pray for WorkplaceNL to respect my belief in you God.  God, I pray that everyone sees how you are number 1 in my life and without you I am nothing.  God, I pray they understand the suffering and unfair results of their decisions are not only illegal, they are wrong!  God, I am asking you to help them make better, ethical, humane decisions in a timely manner from now on.  I pray the employees at WorkplaceNL set an individual personal goal to not have their decisions be appealed in any capacity.  I pray the employees set personal goals to follow the WHSC Act and to gather all the information to protect themselves from the yelling and screaming and cursing and insults of the injured worker who is suffering because the decisions they made resulted in unfair or unintended results.  I pray that the employees begin to acknowledge their unfair or unintended results and realize that changing the decision and owning the mistake and apologizing for the mistake is necessary in maintaining a mentally safe and open communication with the injured worker.  I pray that the employees of WorkplaceNL never again experience the ongoing situation they have caused since Aug 2019.  ALL workers deserve to be working in a safe and positive environment God.  I pray you help all WorkplaceNL employees understand they have created the angry, sometimes violent, insulting, and hurtful things that injured workers have been known to resort to after experiencing the medical neglect and financial hardships WorkplaceNL is well known for forcing onto injured workers.  I pray for help for our MHAs make that phone call to WorkplaceNL to support Dustin and to enforce how they are not in agreement with any decision that is made by Workplace NL that has lead to the same or similar sufferings of past or current injured workers.  I pray the MHAs understand all is needed is a phone call, or a statement with all signatures, to a manager to voice their personal feelings over the decisions that I have proven WorkplaceNL has made and the fact those decisions have never been made thus far with all the facts or with any facts at all.   I pray for God to guide us all into a better program than any other province and for NL to be the leaders in putting injured workers and WorkplaceNL employees into a more ethical, caring, supportive and respectful relationship with each other.  I pray for God to remind WorkplaceNL employees daily that where God exists in their decisions God promises an abundance of everything needed to provide for those who depend on WorkplaceNL.  The injury fund will never be at risk if WorkplaceNL focuses on the needs of the injured worker and keeps God in mind daily and within the office.  I pray that WorkplaceNL respects those employees who believe in God and will promote and allow a morning prayer meeting for those employees before they sit at their desk to begin their employee duties.  I pray that WorkplaceNL realizes that peace, love and understanding resides in homes, places of work and basically every where that respects God and welcomes God into that space.  I pray that WorkplaceNL employees realize where God is not welcome the devil or evil will invite himself because God gives us freewill but the Devil will go where God is not welcome regardless of if the Devil is welcome or invited.  I pray for WorkplaceNL employees to understand that any prayer, any amount of faith, WILL keep evil and darkness at bay.  God help WorkplaceNL employees understand where only light resides the devil can not enter.  God help WorkplaceNL understand that a morning prayer harms no one!  God help WorkplaceNL employees understand that religion harms relationships and causes division.  God help WorkplaceNL employees understand that those who practice a religion based on the bible all share the most important belief.  The belief that we have only one God and when we talk only of God and not of the religion there is no division! God help WorkplaceNL employees understand when we gather in prayer without scripture to argue over, we are doing what you want.  We are putting our personal views and religious beliefs aside to avoid division and allowing us all to support each other using prayer and prayer alone!  God, I love you!  God, I believe in your power!  God, I trust in your strength, guidance, protection, love and your promise of abundance for all those who work at putting you at the top of their human list of priorities.  God, I pray you help WorkplaceNL understand that you will reside anywhere you are asked to reside and you do not need crosses, medals, pictures, or any material thing to do as your children ask of you.  I pray you help WorkplaceNL employees understand that prayer alone is more powerful than any hanging of a cross or a medal or a picture!! 

God, I pray all of the above in Jesus name!!!  AMEN!
