We, the undersigned customers of Pavement Coffeehouse, intend by signing this petition to communicate to upper management and ownership that we stand unequivocally behind the workers of Pavement UNITED in their fight for a strong and fair first contract. 

We believe that Pavement workers deserve a dignified workplace, and that this entails the demands that they are fighting for. These include a living wage, paid breaks, and paid time off for all employees. 

We were disappointed to learn that management has decided to prematurely end negotiations. We hope that management will change their mind and continue to work with the union to reach a suitable compromise.
