There are currently eight films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with four more set to be released over the next few years. None of these films are led by a female character, despite the variety of female heroes that Marvel has to offer. Characters such as Captain Marvel, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk and Sif would all make a strong and compelling protagonist if given the opportunity.

We are not petitioning for any specific Marvel heroine, but quite simply the chance for a Marvel superheroine to feature in a film of her own. We want to demonstrate that there is support for such a film, and we ask that Marvel recognise this and put into motion the creation of a full-length feature film with a superheroine cast in the protagonist role.
