We are the community of Pokémon trainers, collectors, and players in Venezuela. Over the years, we have built a network of enthusiasts who see this franchise as much more than just a game: it is a tool for unity, strategy, and personal growth. From various communities across the country, we have kept the flame of competition and collecting alive, even in the face of adversity.

Currently, Venezuela is under official distribution restrictions by The Pokémon Company International (TPCi). While we previously lacked support for the Play! Pokémon program, these current measures also limit fair access to original products. Our players cannot earn Championship Points, our local stores cannot report official events, and our top talents are deprived of the opportunity to represent their country on the World Championship circuit.

We understand the logistical and international compliance challenges involved. However, we want to demonstrate that:

There is an active community: Thousands of fans continue to invest time, passion, and resources into the brand.

We are organized: We have professional physical spaces and organizers ready to follow the highest standards of Compliance.

We are a market with potential: The official return of the brand would foster a legal and safe commercial environment for everyone.

We respectfully request The Pokémon Company International to re-evaluate the situation regarding the Venezuelan territory. We are not asking for special treatment; we are asking for the opportunity to prove that we are a loyal community that respects intellectual property and wants Pokémon back through official and legal channels.

Somos la comunidad de entrenadores, coleccionistas y jugadores de Pokémon en Venezuela. A través de los años, hemos construido una red de entusiastas que ven en esta franquicia mucho más que un juego: es una herramienta de unión, estrategia y crecimiento personal. Desde diversas comunidades en todo el país, hemos mantenido viva la llama de la competencia y el coleccionismo, incluso ante las adversidades.

Actualmente, Venezuela se encuentra bajo restricciones de distribución oficial por parte de The Pokémon Company International (TPCi). De por sí no teníamos soporte del programa de Play  Pokémon, pero esto también limita el acceso a productos originales de manera justa. Nuestros jugadores no pueden sumar Championship Points, nuestras tiendas no pueden reportar eventos oficiales y nuestros talentos se ven privados de representar a su país en el circuito mundial.

Entendemos los retos logísticos y de cumplimiento internacional. Sin embargo, queremos demostrar que:

Existe una comunidad activa: miles de fans siguen invirtiendo tiempo y pasión en la marca.

Estamos organizados: Contamos con espacios físicos profesionales y organizadores dispuestos a seguir los más altos estándares de Compliance.

Somos un mercado con potencial: el regreso oficial de la marca fomentaría un entorno de comercio legal y seguro para todos.

Solicitamos respetuosamente a The Pokémon Company International que reevalúe la situación del territorio venezolano. No pedimos un trato especial, pedimos la oportunidad de demostrar que somos una comunidad leal, que respeta la propiedad intelectual y que quiere a Pokémon de vuelta cumpliendo con las vías legales
