Amy Salisbury, named one of the 2024 Kingston Women of the Year, created SeaSoul Sauna as a sanctuary for wellbeing in our community. Nestled beneath the Mordialloc Sailing Club, this unique space has become much more than just a sauna; it’s a haven for mental and physical health.

SeaSoul is not a commercial franchise. It was lovingly designed, hand-built, and thoughtfully crafted by Amy and a small team. Operated by a dedicated sole trader and supported by young locals working in health, fitness, and hospitality, SeaSoul embodies the spirit of community.

Thanks to Amy’s vision, SeaSoul has fostered the Mordialloc Sea Dippers; a vibrant community drawn together by cold water therapy, shared values, and connection to nature. SeaSoul has also welcomed visitors from across Victoria, other states, and even overseas, bringing business and good vibes to the City of Kingston.

This initiative reflects and supports the City of Kingston’s goals for community wellbeing, making SeaSoul an invaluable local asset. Yet despite its success and widespread support, SeaSoul Sauna now faces a challenge: the renewal of its lease under the Mordialloc Sailing Club.

The continuation of SeaSoul is vital, not only for Amy, who has poured her heart and soul into this project, but for the countless community members who rely on it to support their mental, physical, and social wellbeing.

Mordialloc Sailing Club fully supports SeaSoul Sauna and joins us in this petition to the City of Kingston to renew its lease.
