To the United Nations, the European Union, and the Governments of the Free World:

The Heirs of Cyrus Party (CyrusHeirs.org) vehemently condemns the draconian measure taken by the regime in Iran to sever internet access and block international calls. This total communications blackout is not merely a technical restriction; it is a calculated attempt to conceal crimes against humanity, silence the screams of a nation, and isolate the Iranian people from the global community.

Access to information and the ability to communicate are fundamental human rights. By severing these lifelines, the regime has once again proven that it views the Iranian people not as citizens to be served, but as hostages to be silenced.

We declare that a government which shuts down the country to war against its own people has lost all semblance of sovereignty and legitimacy.

Therefore, we urgently call upon the United Nations, Western governments, and all international human rights bodies to take immediate and decisive action:

1.      Declare the Regime Illegitimate: We demand that the international community formally announce that the Islamic Republic no longer represents the nation of Iran. A regime that relies on darkness and silence to survive cannot be recognized as a lawful state.

2.      Expel Regime Diplomats: We call for the immediate expulsion of all diplomatic representatives of the Islamic Republic from your soil. These individuals do not represent the Iranian people; they are agents of a repressive apparatus.

3.      Hand Over Embassies to the People: The embassies and assets of Iran belong to the Iranian nation, not its oppressors. We demand that these diplomatic missions be handed over to the legitimate representatives of the Iranian people and the democratic opposition, to be held in trust until a secular, democratic government is established.

The world must not remain silent while Iran goes dark. We ask you to stand on the right side of history—not with the oppressors who hide in the shadows, but with the people of Iran who are fighting for the light of liberty.

بیانیه حزب فرزندان کوروش در محکومیت قطع کامل اینترنت و ارتباطات در ایران

خطاب به سازمان ملل متحد، اتحادیه اروپا و دولت‌های جهان آزاد:

حزب «فرزندان کوروش» (CyrusHeirs.org) اقدام سرکوبگرانه رژیم حاکم بر ایران در قطع دسترسی به اینترنت و مسدود کردن تماس‌های بین‌المللی را شدیداً محکوم می‌کند. این خاموشی کامل ارتباطی، تنها یک محدودیت فنی نیست؛ بلکه تلاشی محاسبه‌شده برای پنهان کردن جنایت علیه بشریت، خفه کردن صدای یک ملت و منزوی کردن مردم ایران از جامعه جهانی است.

دسترسی به اطلاعات و امکان برقراری ارتباط، از حقوق بنیادین بشر است. رژیم با قطع این شریان‌های حیاتی، بار دیگر ثابت کرد که مردم ایران را نه شهروندانی برای خدمت، بلکه گروگان‌هایی برای ساکت کردن می‌پندارد.

ما صریحاً اعلام می‌کنیم حکومتی که کشور را تعطیل می‌کند تا با مردم خود بجنگد، تمام ظواهر حاکمیت و مشروعیت خود را از دست داده است.

از این رو، ما فوراً از سازمان ملل متحد، دولت‌های غربی و تمام نهادهای بین‌المللی حقوق بشر می‌خواهیم که اقداماتی فوری و قاطع انجام دهند:

۱. اعلام عدم مشروعیت رژیم: ما خواهان آن هستیم که جامعه جهانی رسماً اعلام کند جمهوری اسلامی دیگر نماینده 

ملت ایران نیست. رژیمی که برای بقای خود به تاریکی و سکوت متوسل می‌شود، نمی‌تواند به عنوان یک دولت قانونی به رسمیت شناخته شود.

۲. اخراج دیپلمات‌های رژیم: ما خواهان اخراج فوری تمامی نمایندگان دیپلماتیک جمهوری اسلامی از خاک کشورهای شما هستیم. این افراد نماینده مردم ایران نیستند؛ آن‌ها مأموران یک دستگاه سرکوبگرند.

۳. واگذاری سفارتخانه‌ها به مردم: سفارتخانه‌ها و دارایی‌های ایران متعلق به ملت ایران است، نه سرکوبگران آن. ما تقاضا داریم که این اماکن دیپلماتیک به نمایندگان مشروع مردم ایران و اپوزیسیون دموکراتیک تحویل داده شود تا زمان استقرار یک دولت سکولار و دموکراتیک، به امانت نزد آنان حفظ گردد.

جهان نباید در حالی که ایران در تاریکی فرو می‌رود، نظاره‌گر باشد. از شما می‌خواهیم که در سمت درست تاریخ بایستید؛ نه در کنار سرکوبگرانی که در سایه‌ها پنهان می‌شوند، بلکه در کنار مردم ایران که برای نور آزادی مبارزه می‌کنند.
