Kurdish artist and rapper, Saman Yasin, was arrested by Iranian security forces late last year for being a vocal critic of the Iranian regime and participating in the anti-government protests in the wake of death of Iranian woman, Mahsa Amini.
Saman is from my city and he’s my favorite songwriter. In an audio message, he has revealed extensive physical and psychological torture, including forced confessions.
In the audio message, he revealed that the authorities are threatening him by saying “We have your family. We have your brother. They are all here.”
In days, he finally has his court hearing.
Saman has written an open letter asking for a meeting with his chosen lawyer, Mr. Amir Raisian, and his team, before the court date arrives. He has underscored the importance of transparency in his court session and articulated: "Both domestic and international legal practitioners and journalists should be granted permission to attend this proceeding.”
I stand in solidarity with Saman Yasin and urge you all to sign this petition to put public pressure on the authorities so we can ensure a public hearing with journalists present to witness the proceedings.
Saman has also extended an invitation to Toomaj Salehi's father, another artist who had been apprehended, to attend the court session scheduled for September. He stated, "His son is a respected colleague of mine, who has been incarcerated due to his music and rap."

I am Saman Yasin (Seydi), currently incarcerated at Rajaei-Shahr Prison.
Given the ten-month duration during which I was forcibly removed from my residence, subjected to coerced confessions through physical, mental, and drug-induced torture, abeyance, and endured transfers across multiple prisons, all while being denied access to my privately selected legal representative. The reason for this communication is the imminent possibility of being relocated to an unfamiliar destination, a prospect that hangs over me at any given moment.
"My court date has been announced for September 9th."
I demand that the lawyer I chose, Mr. Amir Raisian, and his team enter the case immediately and with enough time before this court. Please send this request in writing to the relevant authorities and facilitate a meeting with me before the court date arrives.
My second request:
The court should be open to public and both domestic and international legal practitioners and journalists should be granted permission to attend this proceeding. I urge that their requests to be present be expeditiously submitted in written form to Judge Salavati, as well as to the pertinent officials of the court.

سامان یاسین، خواننده و ترانهساز بازداشت شده اهل کرمانشاه (کرماشان)، در نامهای سرگشاده که رو به عموم مردم و به ویژه وکلا منتشر کرده، از داخل زندان به تشریح وضعیت وخیم روانی و جسمانی خود پرداخته و خواهان برگزاری جلسه دادگاه خود به صورت علنی شده است.
بر اساس گزارش رسیده به سازمان حقوق بشری ههنگاو، سامان یاسین، ۲۷ ساله، خواننده رپ و ترانهسرا با این توضیح که از وی اعتراف اجباری تحت شکنجه جسمی، روانی و دارویی اخذ شده، تاکید کرده است که امکان تبعیدش به زندانهای مختلف وجود دارد و کماکان از ورود وکیل خصوصی و انتخابی به پرونده وی ممانعت میشود.
این هنرمند کُرد، نخستین خواسته خود را در نامه سرگشادهاش که قبل از انتقال به زندان اوین نوشته شده چنین توضیح داده: "تقاضا دارم فوراً و در فرصتی کافی قبل این دادگاه، وکیلی که انتخاب کردم، جناب امیر رئیسیان و گروهشان قانوناً به پرونده ورود کنند و این تقاضا را کتباً به مسئولین ذیربط ارسال کرده و شرایط دیدار با من را قبل از فرارسیدن روز دادگاه ایجاد کنند."

سامان یاسین، ڕاپەر و ئاوازدانەری دەستبەسەرکراوی کورد و خەڵکی کرماشان، لە نامەیەکی کراوەدا کە بۆ ڕای گشتیی خەڵک و بەتایبەت بۆ پارێزەران بڵاوی کردەوە، بارودۆخی دەروونی و جەستەییی دژاوری خۆی لە بەندیخانە باس کرد و داوای کردووە بەڕێوەچوونی دادگاییکردنی ناوبراو بە شێوەیەکی کراوە و ئاشکرا بەڕێوە بچێت.
بەگوێرەی ڕاپۆرتی گەیشتوو بە ڕێکخراوی مافی مرۆڤی هەنگاو؛ سامان یاسین، تەمەن ٢٧ ساڵ، ڕاپەر و ئاوازدانەری خەڵکی شاری کرماشان، لەو نامەیەدا ڕوونی کردووەتەوە کە لەژێر ئەشکەنجەی جەستەیی و دەروونی و دەرمانیدا ناچاریان بە دانپێدانانی زۆرەملێ بووە کە ئەگەری گواستنەوەی بۆ بەندیخانە جیاوازەکان لە ئارادایە و هێشتاش ڕێگری لە پارێزەری تایبەت و هەڵبژێردراوی خۆی دەکرێت کە بچێتە سەر دۆسیەکەی ناوبراو.
ئەم هونەرمەندە کوردە، یەکەم داواکاریی خۆی لە نامە کراوەکەیدا پێش گواستنەوەی بۆ بەندیخانەی ئێڤین بەم شێوەیە نووسیوە: "داوا دەکەم خێرا و لە دەرفەتێکی گونجاودا پێش لە بەڕێوەچوونی دانیشتنی دادگا، ئەو پارێزەرەی هەڵمبژاردووە، بەڕێز ئەمیر ڕەئیسیان و گرووپەکەیان، بە شێوەیەکی یاسایی بچنە سەر دۆسیەکەم و ئەم داواکارییە بە نووسراو بۆ لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکان بنێرن و بەر لەوەی دانیشتنی دادگا بەڕێوە بچێت، هەلومەرجێک بڕەخسێنن کە لەگەڵم کۆ ببنەوە و چاوپێکەوتنمان هەبێت".
سامان یاسین زیاتر جەختی لەسەر کراوەییی دانیشتنی دادگاییکردنەکەی کردەوە و نووسیویەتی: "پێویستە ڕێگە بدرێت پارێزەر و ڕۆژنامەنووسانی ناوخۆی ئێران و ڕۆژنامەنووسانی نێودەوڵەتی لەو دادگاییکردنەدا ئامادە بن و داواکاریی خۆیان بۆ ئامادەبوون لە زووترین کاتدا بە نووسراو بۆ دادوەر سەڵواتی و بەرپرسان و دادگا بنێرن".
ە کۆتاییدا داوای لە باوکی توماج ساڵحی، هونەرمەندێکی دیکەی دەستبەسەرکراو کرد کە لە مانگی خەرمانان بەشداری لە دانیشتنی دادگاییکردنیدا بکات و نووسیویەتی: "بەڕێزیشیان کوڕەکەیان هاوهونەری بەڕێزی و خۆشەویستی منە و بەهۆی گۆرانی و ڕاپەوە لە بەندیخانەدایە".
سامان سەیدی ناسراو بە سامان یاسین، ڕاپەڕ و ئاوازدانەری خەڵکی شاری کرماشان و دانیشتووی شاری تاران، لە ڕۆژی یەکشەممە ١٠ی ڕەزبەری ٢٧٢٢ (٢ی ئۆکتۆبەری ٢٠٢٢) بەهۆی پشتیوانی لە ناڕەزایەتی و خۆپیشاندانە جەماوەرییەکان لە ماڵەکەی خۆیدا لەلایەن هێزە حکوومەتییەکانەوە دەستبەسەر کرا و دوای لێپرسینەوە و لێپێچینەوە، بۆ بەندیخانەی ڕەجاییشاری کەرەج گواسترایەوە.

بە لەبەرچاوگرتنی ئەو ١٠ مانگەی کە لە ماڵەکەی خۆم ڕفێندرام و لەژێر ئەشکەنجەی جەستەیی و دەروونی و دەرمانیدا ناچار بە دانپێدانانی زۆرەملێ بووم، هەروەها بەهۆی ناڕوونیی چارەنووسم و گواستنەوەم بۆ بەندیخانە جۆراوجۆرەکان و ڕێگەنەدان بە پارێزەری تایبەت و هەڵبژێردراوی خۆم کە بێتە سەر دۆسیەکەم، ئەم دەقە دەنێرم و بڵاو دەکەمەوە. چونکە ئەگەری ئەوەی کە دیسان جارێکی تر بۆ شوێنێکی نادیار بگواسترێمەوە، هەموو ساتێک لە مێشکمدایە.

دادگا کراوە بێت و پارێزەران و ڕۆژنامەنووسانی بەڕێزی ناوخۆی ئێران و هەروەها ڕۆژنامەنووسانی نێودەوڵەتی ڕێگەیان پێ بدرێت کە لەو دادگاییکردنەدا ئامادە بن و داواکاریی خۆیان بۆ ئامادەبوون لە زووترین کاتدا بە نووسراو بۆ قازی سەڵوەتی و بەرپرسان و دیوان و... بنێرن.
جەخت لەسەر ئەوە دەکەمەوە کە دادگا دەبێت کراوە بێت و بە ئامادەبوونی پارێزەرانی بەڕێز و پارێزەرانی نێونەتەوەییی مافەکانی مرۆڤ و ڕۆژنامەنووسانی ئێرانی و نێونەتەوەیی بەڕێوە بچێت.
