PETITION TO SUPPORT THE OLYMPIA FARMERS MARKET BOARD 

We, the undersigned vendors and supporters of the Olympia Farmers Market, respectfully express our support for the current Board  and our concern regarding efforts to undermine or replace the Board following its recent personnel decisions.

We therefore call upon those advocating for these changes to:

• Refrain from presenting themselves as the voice of the Olympia Farmers Market without demonstrated support from the broader membership.

• Suspend efforts to advance bylaw changes that have not been thoroughly reviewed and vetted by the full Market community.

• Respect the authority and responsibilities of the duly elected Board.

• Engage in constructive dialogue through established governance channels rather than public campaigns that may harm the Market's reputation and economic well-being.

• Prioritize the long-term success of the Market and the livelihoods of its vendors above individual disagreements or political objectives.
