The employee's of the game store Noble Knight Games (NKG) have recently filed with intent to Unionize.  However, the owners of NKG immediately rejected to recognize the union the following day, and have been pushing back ever since.  They even hired a shady "union avoidance" law firm that compares unionizing to burning down your business without fire insurance.  From a store that seems so welcoming and inclusive, this is very shocking and disappointing.

In response to these events, us Gamers and Customers would like to show our support for the hard working and kind employees of NKG.  We believe they have the right to unionize, and that NKG should recognize said union.  Not only would it benefit the employee's, but it would in turn benefit the store in the long run.  Unions have been proven to increase productivity, improve customer service, create lower turnover, positively impact sales, helps with job training, and supports community reinvestment.

We stand by the Noble Knight Games Employee's effort to unionize, and insist the owners of Noble Knight to recognize their legal right to do so.
