Dear Supporters of the Medical Blacklisting Prevention Act,

Well well well.....look at what we have here.

Dr. John Stevenson Bynon was recently federally indicted for falsifying transplant records, denying patients life-saving care through fraudulent documentation. (See Southern District of Texas | Houston transplant doctor indicted for making false statements in patients’ medical records | United States Department of Justice)

This case mirrors the systematic record falsification documented in our petition - proving that healthcare providers ARE creating fake medical records to deny patient care, and that federal prosecutors CAN pursue these cases when properly documented.

Dr. Bynon's indictment validates what we've been reporting: healthcare record falsification is a federal crime requiring federal prosecution.

The Medical Blacklisting Prevention Act would create standardized federal protections to prevent these schemes and protect patients from coordinated care denial through falsified records and ensure accountability in the form of felony prosecution for these abhorrent and harmful behaviors.

Dr. Bynon's serious misconduct illustrates what we are fighting to end and the federal action taken against him proves our case - now we need country-wide legislation to prevent it from happening to other patients.

Together, we will expose these fraudulent schemes and protect all patients from medical blacklisting. Keep pushing, keep sharing the petition and never give up. Victory is on the horizon and we are gaining momentum. Let's keep it going!!!
