On 2-16-2016, In US Federal Court, the Law firm of Sedgwick LLP filed a motion on behalf of Santa Clara County to strike all evidence a pro per litigant sought to argue in an ADA case where that argument contained information from:
" various internet postings, including "anonymous" blogs that show such an affinity for ( pro per's ) writing style and personal issues that they seemingly could only have been authored by the ( pro per ) himself" .
Too bad for Santa Clara County, the county made this request one week after a family lawyer made arguments about a mother during a custody battle, where the mother was falsely accused of being connected to this petition , and where Judge Grilli did nothing did nothing to the lawyer who tried to discredit the mother to keep her from her own child.
Santa Clara County's 2-16-2016 motion follows filed documents of June 10, 2015, in another family law case, where Nat Hales, who is reportedly certified by Santa Clara County to act as a Referee, told Judge Grilli that this petition was connected to another mother. Mr. Hales filed pages and pages of copies from this petition, attempting to malign the character of a litigant he was bound to treat equally, and whom had paid him over $100,000 of her children's money to act as a pro tem judge in her divorce case. For $100,000 Hales ordered to be paid to himself, the mother only got unflattering comments to the court about her, and no money to pay her own lawyer, where she was forced to become self- represented in a complex divorce case.
Seems Santa Clara County wants to silence the 870 people who have signed this petition, all whom have attempted to tell their stories of family court corruption and civil rights violations.
Seems Santa Clara County doesn't think litigants should have First Amendment Rights, or many other rights due process rights if they are forced into the county's family courts.
Seems Santa Clara County likes to bully self- represented litigants in their courts ad chill media coverage and free speech.
