Court files continue to show the economic disparity in divorce proceedings that can be attributed to the statutory issues surrounding support payments and the inept legal system employed to address the entire concept of " support".
Numbers continue to show that women and children are economically burdened at a disproportionate rate by enforcement of the outdated concept of support, which merely changed the name from alimony to sanitize what is really going on in family courts.
