With the exception of Ms. Frye, we have received overwhelming support for the brave women who are coming out to speak up against sexual harassment and abuse in family law divorce and probate cases. If divorcing couples are legally to be considered equal, why do we have to continue to allow judges and lawyers to abuse their power and sexually harass litigants , or to fail to assure equal protection under the law, while they are paid with public funds ? Gender bias seems to follow the money trail too. As more Stay- at-home- dads find themselves embroiled in divorces, they are beginning to see the bias women have suffered for decades. Equal is Equal people. Half is Half. That follows for time with children, support and property division. No litigant should have to suffer feeling sexually harassed or face gender bias in Silicon Valley in this day and age. simply to get their rightful property or access to their children. Wake up , get on board. And thank you to the attorneys, old and young who are starting to speak up and who support us doing the same. Our war in family court is not against the other party, it is against the bad judges and lawyers who are just simply greedy.
