Support the formation of a charitable foundation for biodiversity & conservation measures
The Issue

Worldwide people and other life forms are suffering under an increasing emission of greenhouse gases and the loss of our global biodiversity. While already the death of a single life form is a painful experience, all the worse is the loss of an entire species or even habitat.
However, the effective implementation of conservation measures can be only achieved with the allocation of the necessary scientific (educational) knowledge and financial means.
The aim of the petition is therefore to collect at least 50.000 signatures to support an ongoing court procedure at the Federal Constitutional Court in Germany and five specialized courts against the German Government.
The German Government is con-tinuously causing a serious injustice towards single scientists, including myself and therewith the whole global scientific community using them as political objectives for its cruel criminal activities compromising systematically attacks on their dignity as a human over decades up to tortures and deadly attacks.
Afterwards, it tries to denial and even justify them with the onliest aim to continue with its physical and especially mental/knowledge abuse out of the motive of a blind revengefulness and acquisitiveness for its own responsibility rejection over decades.
Beside a longterm disregard of the warnings about the consequences of an increase of the green house gas emissions and loss of biodiversity the German Government obviously tries to compensate the rising political pressure with a serious injustice towards single presumably female scientists with criminal activities and therewith a serious violation of their fundamental and human rights, including a damage of their scientific reputation/carrier and family planning and therewith the rights of upcoming generations.
Impairing the international cooperation of scientists, especially in the already underrepresented field of earth sciences, biology and biodiversity conservation is more than counterproductive for our all vital future.
Scientists represent < 0,5% of our global still increasing population, fighting against them with illegal methods, including tortures and deadly attacks is therefore a serious injustice not only for those directly affected.
The damage compensation shall consists therefore in the formation and directorship by the damaged scientists of anothercharitable foundation that supports states, companies, non-governmental organizations, projects and especially people around the globe at last in the implementation of measures to actively protect endangered species and habitats, including the reconstruction/restoration of crisis regions and climate protection measures out of the financial means of the federal budget of the German Government and its return rates.
In the hope to win this fight against time for our future.
